ज्ञानं यथा त्वयि विभाति कृतावकाशं
नैवं तथा हरि-हरादिषु नायकेषु।
तेजः स्फुरन्मणिषु याति यथा महत्त्वं
नैवं तु काच-शकले किरणाकुलेऽपि॥२०॥
jñānaṁ yathā tvayi vibhāti kṛtāvakāśaṁ
naivaṁ tathā hari-harādiṣu nāyakeṣu
tejaḥ sphuran-maṇiṣu yāti yathā mahattvaṁ
naivaṁ tu kāca-śakale kiraṇākule-pi

जैसा ज्ञान आप में सम्पूर्ण रूप से प्रकाशित है, वैसा हरि-हर आदि देवों में नहीं। जैसी चमक चमकीले रत्नों में महत्ता पाती है, वैसी काँच के टुकड़ों में नहीं — चाहे वे कितने ही चमकीले क्यों न हों।
Knowledge shines fully and freely in You — not so in Hari, Hara, and other lords. As the brilliance of jewels reaches greatness, the brilliance of glass shards never does — however much they may glitter.
