यः संस्तुतः सकल-वाङ्मय-तत्त्व-बोधा-
दुद्भूत-बुद्धि-पटुभिः सुर-लोक-नाथैः।
स्तोत्रैर्जगत्-त्रितय-चित्त-हरैरुदारैः
स्तोष्ये किलाहमपि तं प्रथमं जिनेन्द्रम्॥२॥
yaḥ saṁstutaḥ sakala-vāṅmaya-tattva-bodhā-
d-udbhūta-buddhi-paṭubhiḥ sura-loka-nāthaiḥ
stotrair-jagat-tritaya-citta-hairair-udāraiḥ
stoṣye kilāhamapi taṁ prathamaṁ jinendram

जिन प्रथम जिनेन्द्र (आदिनाथ) की देवों के स्वामी (इन्द्र) तक ने अपनी श्रेष्ठ बुद्धि से रचे हुए स्तोत्रों से स्तुति की है — मैं भी, यद्यपि अल्पबुद्धि हूँ, उन्हीं की स्तुति करूँगा।
Even Indra, lord of the heavenly devas — with all his learning and wisdom — has composed beautiful hymns to praise the first Jina, Adinath. So I too, though small in knowledge, will try to praise him.
