जो जाणइ अप्पाणं पुग्गल-कम्मेहि होइ ण लिप्पंतो।
तस्स केवल-णाणं उप्पज्जइ सव्व-दव्व-दिट्ठा॥
jo jāṇai appāṇaṁ puggala-kammehi hoi ṇa lippaṁto
tassa kevala-ṇāṇaṁ uppajjai savva-davva-diṭṭhā

जो आत्मा को (आत्मा के रूप में) जानता है — और कर्म-पुद्गलों से लिप्त नहीं होता — उसे केवल-ज्ञान उत्पन्न होता है, जिसमें समस्त द्रव्यों की दृष्टि होती है।
The one who knows the soul (as itself) — and is not stained by karmic matter — to such a one *kevala-jnāna* arises, with sight of all substances.
