Hastinapur is the rare Jain site where three Tirthankaras — Shantinatha, Kunthunatha, and Aranatha — were born and underwent their kalyanakas. Modern Hastinapur features the Jambudweep complex, a unique architectural representation of the Jain cosmology with detailed scale models of Mount Meru and the continents.
